1. User-Owned Content

All photographs, videos, audio recordings, documents, family records, biographies, memoirs, personal stories, family trees, messages, and other materials uploaded or submitted by users ("User Content") remain the property of the respective user or lawful owner. The Company does not claim ownership of User Content.

2. Platform-Generated Content

Biographies, memoirs, family tree reports, personalized gift content, summaries, and other outputs generated using the platform based on User Content shall belong to the user, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

3. Company Intellectual Property

The platform software, website design, logos, trademarks, databases, algorithms, AI systems, templates, workflows, graphics, and related technology are the exclusive intellectual property of HumanityFirst Software Technology Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Limited User License

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform for personal or authorized business purposes. Users shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the platform technology without written permission.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they own or have lawful rights to all content uploaded to the platform. Users shall not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Copyright Infringement

If any person believes that content available on the platform infringes their copyright or intellectual property rights, they may submit a written complaint with supporting evidence to the Company. Upon verification, the Company may remove, restrict, or disable access to the disputed content.

7. Permission for Service Delivery

Users grant the Company a limited right to process, store, organize, format, and display User Content solely for providing requested services. This permission does not transfer ownership of the content to the Company.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this policy are reserved by the respective content owners and HumanityFirst Software Technology Pvt. Ltd.

9. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to amend this Copyright Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the platform.
